CASE STUDY
techprox provides staffing services to AOL, the world’s largest provider of interactive services, Web brands, Internet technologies and e-commerce, with revenues exceeding $8 billion. When we started, AOL utilized in excess of 200 external staffing firms to supplement its workforce. Then AOL reduced its staffing vendors by half, to just 100 providers, and by 2003 the number of staffing vendors dropped to almost 20, representing AOL’s most effective staffing vendors.
During this sharp reduction in AOL’s approved staffing vendor list techprox has been there to provide AOL with professionals. Not only has techprox survived this realignment of AOL’s staffing model, we have thrived. Each quarter techprox receives an outstanding vendor ranking that has placed us among the top 5 staffing vendors to AOL.
